About Us

Building Neighbours is founded by two real-estate and property development professionals who know that successful residential rea-estate development requires a community effort.  Successful development or property change is accomplished through the vision of the homeowner/developer, as well as inclusion and input from neighbours and those impacted by a proposed project.  Often, when there is a proposal that does not fit within local planning rules, this process involves a formal meeting with a city's planning department to assess objections to a proposed project.  The Building-Neighbours website offers a unique tool to save time and money by providing a discussion forum.  We know a collaborative process is the best way to build a great home in a great neighbourhood.

Building-Neighbours brings specialized knowledge and experience to help homeowners, builders and developers succeed in realizing their dreams.  We help neighbours ensure the equity in their home is maintained, even enhanced, and that the livability of their neighbourhood is improved.
